국문 초록

본 연구는 과학적 사고를 바탕으로 전문성과 실시간 소통을 강화하여 1차적으로 집단지성을 극대화시키고, 2차적으로 일반부품 분야에서 1등 탈환을 이끄는 新 기업문화 구축을 위한 방안을 제안하기 위한 사례연구이다. 이를 위해 이론부분에서 집단지성의 개념과 성공사례, 그리고 집단지성을 극대화하기 위한 구체적 모델 제안을 위해HLD(high level design)를 소개하였다. 사례연구부분에서 삼성전기가 직면하고 있는 산업환경과 경쟁사 및 삼성의 경쟁전략을 소개하고, 2차례에 걸친 설문조사 분석과 계층별 심층면담을 통해 집단지성의 발현을 가로막는 現 기업문화 분석을 수행하였다. 이를 바탕으로 결론부분에 과학적 사고에 기반한 집단지성을 촉진하는 新 기업문화 수립을 위한 방안으로 이론화, 학회운영, 신경망구축을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to explore solutions to maximize collective intelligence (CI) based on enhancing expertise and real-time communication. To achieve this goal, this study is organized to three parts. First, We introduced collective intelligence, successive corporate cases of CI, and high level design (HLD) in theory part. Second, we explained the industrial environment of SEMCO, fundamental corporate culture of SEMCO and diagnosed current culture of SEMCO in case analysis part. Third, I suggest practical improvement methods to achieve big hairy audacious goal, becoming the winner in electronic mechanics industry after conquering big four Japanese competitors in 2020. : Building theorization, running academic conference, and making theory neural network. These three suggestions are interlocked each other and facilitate sharing and expanding information, tangible and intangible knowledge, skills. Thus, members, teams or departments efficiently communicate and quickly find answers of unsolved problems. In addition, I expect these three practices are contribute to make chances to create new things from existing things and stimulate to think normal things or unsolved problems with new perspectives. In the end, SEMCO will build corporate culture maximizing collective intelligence and become a first leader in electronic mechanics area.
