아동용 전산화 인지재활 프로그램(코트라스-C)이 발달장애아동의 시지각과 인지능력에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 아동용 전산화 인지재활 프로그램인 코트라스-C가 시지각 손상과 인지장애가 있는 발달장애 아동의 시지각과 인지능력 회복에 임상적인 효과가 있는지를 알아보기 위함이다. 이를 증명하기 위하여 공통된 특성이 있는 발달장애 아동 4명에게 코트라스-C로 전산화 인지 재활 훈련을 12회 집중 실시하였다. 시지각 능력의 중재 전 후 효과를 비교하기 위하여 Korean-Development Test of Visual Perception-2(K-DTVP-2)를 사용하였고, 인지능력의 중재 전후 효과를 알아보기 위하여 종합지능검사인 Korean-Kaufman Assessment Battery for Children (K-ABC)의 일부 영역과 별지우기 검사를 실시하였다. 실험결과 중재 전보다 중재 후에 K-DTVP-2에서 전반적인 시지각이 향상되었다. K-ABC에서도 코트라스-C 중재 후에 세 명의 아동에서 긍정적인 변화가 있었다. 특히, 단기기억의 점수가 향상되었다. 주의집중력을 중점적으로 알아보는 별지우기에서는 정확도에서 중재 후에 네 아이의 점수가 향상되었고, 반응시간도 중재전보다 빨라졌다. 이러한 결과를 통해 코트라스-C가 발달장애 아동의 시지각과 인지능력을 회복시키는 가능성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 향후 더 많은 대상자 수와 다양한 질환군을 대상으로 효과를 검증할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to verify the clinical effect of a Korean Computer-based cognitive rehabilitation program for children(called CoTras-C) for recovering the cognitive and visual perceptive ability in developmental disability. For this purpose, 4 developmental disabilities with visual perception and cognitive disorders participated in a clinical experiment to verify the effect of CoTras-C. They all have 5 common conditions in developmental disability for objective experimental results. All participant were evaluated with Korean-Development Test of Visual Perception-2(K-DTVP-2), 4 parts of Korean-Kaufman Assessment Battery for Children(K-ABC) and The star cancellation test before and after the planned intervention sessions. All interventions were intensively carried out for 6weeks, 2times a week. The results were as follows. K-DTVP-2 scores were improved significantly compared to pre-intervention, Areas of K-ABC scores of 3 participants were improved compared to pre-intervention. The star cancellation test showed positive effects of CoTras-C after the interventions. Further studies are needed to verify the effect on various group and lots of participants.
