국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 장애인보조기구 수리지원 서비스 체계 현황을 파악하고 수리지원 서비스 현장의 문제점을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 수리지원 서비스를 실시하고 있는 전국 16개의 광역자치단체 및 4개의 민간기업을 대상으로 인터뷰와 설문조사를 실시하였다. 또한 보다 구체적인 수리지원 서비스 현황과 애로점 등을 조사하기 위해 업체 담당자들을 대상으로 표적집단면접(Focus Group Interview; F.G.I.)을 진행하였다. 본 연구는 국내 장애인보조기구 지원 서비스 및 사업들과 관련하여 수리지원 서비스 내용이 부재하다는 점에서 장애인보조기구 서비스 및 지원정책에 실질적 기초자료를 제공한다는데 의의가 있다. 주요 연구결과는 광역자치단체를 대상으로 4가지 유형의 수리지원 서비스로 분석되었고, 사업대상, 지원금액, 수리품목, 수리단가 산정에 문제점이 나타났으며, 민간기업에서 실시하고 있는 수리지원 서비스는 주로 휠체어, 전동휠체어, 전동스쿠터 등과 같은 이동보조기구가 주로 이뤄지고 있었고 체계적인 장애인보조기구 수리지원체계 마련 필요성과 수리단가의 표준화 가능성이 강조되고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the status of domestic Disability aids repair support service system and repair support services in the field is to identify the problem. Accordingly, Repair and support services to the national wide-area governments and private repair companies targeted for interviews and surveys. In addition, Repair company representative to investigate the status and problems of a more specific repair support services to the focus group interview(F.G.I.) was conducted. This study is significant due to the absence of the repair support services with respect to domestic Disability Support Services and Business as provide a basic data concerned assistive technology service and supporting system of assistive technology devices. The result showed that local governments had four types of repair service of assistive technology devices and some problems concerned the objects of supporting, the range of supporting, kinds of repairing devices, costs of repairing devices. The result also emphasize necessity of establishing repairing and supporting system of assistive technology devices and standardization of costs that repair assistive technology devices.
