국문 초록

본 연구는 WHO의 ICF를 기반으로 제정된 WHODAS-Ⅱ를 활용하여 장애인의 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 관련 요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 조사대상은 전국에 거주하는 만 18세 이상의 장애인 421명이고, 연구방법은 주요변수의 특성파악을 위해 기술분석, pearson 상관관계분석을 실시하였고, 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 요인 검증을 위해서는 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 장애인의 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 요인은 연령, 지각된 낙인감, 지역사회환경과 사회적 지지 중 정서지지이었다. 세부적으로는 이해와 의사소통 기능에는 연령, 지각된 낙인감과 사회적 지지 중 정서지지이었고, 돌아다니기 기능에는 연령, 지각된 낙인감, 지역사회환경이었으며, 자기관리 기능에는 연령, 성별, 장애등급, 지각된 낙인감, 지역사회환경이었다. 또한, 타인과 어울리기 기능에는 연령, 지각된 낙인감과 사회적 지지 중 정서지지이었고, 일상생활 기능에는 연령, 장애등급, 지각된 낙인감, 지역사회환경이었으며, 사회활동참여 기능에는 연령, 손상기간, 지각된 낙인감, 지역사회환경과 사회적 지지 중 정서지지와 정보지지이었다. 이를 통하여, 장애인 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 개인요인과 환경요인에 대한 정책적, 실천적 방안모색이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze factors affecting in health of disabled via WHODAS-II. Research subjects was 421 persons with disability, aged more than 18 years from all over the country and analyzed the mediated was analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient disability characteristics in the participants and effects of the factors on health status was used Hierarchial regression analysis. Research outcome, the factors affecting in health of disabled were age, perceived stigma, community environment and emotional support one of social support. In detail, the factors affecting communicative functioning were related to emotional support as one of age, perceived stigma, the social support, Mobility was directly affected by age, perceived stigma, community environment, Self-regulation and daily life functioning were under the direct influence of age, levels of disability, perceived stigma, community environment in the factors on health status, it Also Sociability was directly affected by age, perceived stigma and emotional support as one of the social support, Daily life functioning were under the direct influence of age, levels of disability, perceived stigma, community environment, Social participation was directly influenced by age, a substantial amount of damage, perceived stigma, community environment and emotional support, supportive information as one of social support. Through this, the policy and practical plans for the personal factors and environmental factor affecting in health of disabled were required.
