국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 장애대학생의 가족적 지지가 진로결정에 미치는 요인 간의 관계구조를 밝혀보려는 데에 있다. 본 연구는 가족의 지지가 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비, 진로결정에 이르는 상관정도를 살펴보았다. AMOS 18 프로그램을 이용하여 자료를 분석한 다음 유의수준 .05에서 추정된 모수치의 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애관련 요인은 진로준비와 진로결정에 직접적인 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족의 지지는 진로결정 자기효능감에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로결정 자기효능감은 진로준비에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 장애관련 요인은 가족의 지지와 진로결정 자기효능감에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 결론과 제한점 및 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate a structural relationship among the related variables of family support to career decision of college students with disabilities. This study analysed corelation between family supports and career decision self efficacy, career preparation, and career decision. The data were analysed using AMOS 18.0 and goodness of fit was evaluated using 90% confidence interval. The results were as follows : First, disability related factors of college students with disabilities were found to affect career preparation and career decision of these population. Second, family support was found to affect directly career decision self efficacy. Third, career decision self efficacy was found to affect directly career preparation. Forth, disability related factors was not found to affect directly career decision self efficacy. Finally, conclusion, limitations, and future research were suggested.
