영문 초록

In this project we aimed to design a Human-Interface to control computer by sensing motions of one’s hand. For this, we used device such as the webcam and OpenCV(Open Source Computer Vision) for the visual process. And we developed the program using by various technologies with recognition of the hand's area, creation of binary visual applied for critical value, erosion, removal of noise, algorithm for detection of the center of gravity at hand, algorithm for extracting of hand's end as generating semicircle from the center, tracking of the designated end point of fingers.
