영문 초록

The characteristics of fracture toughness of base and weldment in stainless steel used for liquid nitrogen cryostat is studied. The test was conducted by ASTM E813-89 using specimens with thickness of 15mm. J-integral and tearing modulus are calculated on base and weldment. It is verified that the stainless steel has a good fracture toughness at low temperature.
