영문 초록

This is a study of the "Fishing Village Guild"(fishermen's cooperative society)from the standpoint of enterprise. The Fishing Village Guild, the subject of this paper is the substructure of provincial fishing cooperatives established by formulating and operating the Fishing Cooperative Law in 1962. The reason why I selected Fishing Village Guild as a subject of this study is that it is a contemporary form of fishing cooperatives which has succeeded to the spirit of "Gye", the traditional cooperative body of Korea. A study contains as follows; 1. Historical background of Fishing Village Guild. 2. After emancipation. a group of fisheries. 3. Birth of the fisheries cooperative and the Fishing Village Guild. 4. The present condition of Fishing Village Guild within the jurisdiction of Kun San Fisheries Cooperatives. 5. The improvement direction and problem of the management of Fishing Village Guild.
