국문 초록

본 연구는 대구·경북지역에 있는 퇴직자가 평생교육봉사활동에 참여하는데 관련된 변수를 조사분석하여 본 지역의 퇴직자의 평생교육봉사자로의 활용방안에 대해 모색하는 것이다. 특히 퇴직자의 과거 경험을 활용하여 평생교육 교·강사로서의 봉사활동에 적극적으로 참여할 수 있게 하는데 중심을 두었다. 문헌연구 및 현장조사를 통해서 퇴직자가 평생교육활동에 참여하는데 관련된 변수를 개인변수, 조직변수, 사회규범변수로 분류하여 각각의 중요도에 대해 조사분석하였다.

영문 초록

The objective of this study is to find out the ranking of the variables relating that the retired participate in lifelong education as volunteer, and to suggest the direction that the retired attend at the voluntary activities more positively. This study is including literature review and field survey to accomplish the research objective more significantly. The variables related to voluntary activities from reviewing literatures are personal characteristics and organizational characteristics and social environment. The ranking of personal characteristics is as follows; presentation needs, motivation for service, philantropism, needs of social relation, and etc. The ranking of organizational norms is as follows; the clearness of organizational goals, consensus between organizational members, significant relationship with whom receiving the voluntary by the retired, staffs' ability of voluntary organization and etc. The ranking of social norms related to the retired' voluntary activities is as follows; the retired's necessary feeling to voluntary activities, social system appreciating the retired' voluntary service, the social situation to the retired' participating together in the voluntary service. the retired' positive feeling that their voluntary service's contributing to community development and etc. The retired can participate in youth education, woman education and education for the old as lecturer in lifelong education center.
