국문 초록

It is not easy to generate natural 3D stereoscopic images based on live-action images in film and TV productions. Because of 3D requires production of twice as many images per movie, images that have to be matched to a level of perfection not required in 2D image production. This paper is the case study about 3D stereoscopic production in Korea. We tested a rig system developed by Korean company-their first piece and 3D editing system with third party Plug-in. Even though the result was not very satisfactory, we got some data about new equipment. Even if we hope that will be used the production data of this study as basic materials for field workers, this paper is limited in scope, because we used testing data of shooting and rough cutting. Further studies on different works of preproduction, compositing and final output are needed. It is to be hoped this paper will be the basic study for producing 3D stereoscopic images based on live-action.
