국문 초록

정부는 ｢산업재해보상보험법｣에 따라 산재 근로자의 성공적인 사회복귀를 지원하기 위한 다양한 정책을 추진하였다. 하지만, 산재 근로자의 원직장 복귀율은 여전히 높지 않은 상태이다. 본 연구는 근로복지공단의 제3차 코호트 1차년도 산재보험패널조사 자료를 활용하여, 원직장에 복귀한 산재 근로자의 주관적 건강 상태가 일자리 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 업무수행 능력의 매개효과 및 스트레스 관리 수준의 조절효과를 검토하였다. 분석 결과, 산재 근로자의 주관적 건강 상태는 일자리 만족도와 업무수행 능력에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 업무수행 능력 역시 일자리 만족도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 주관적 건강 상태와 일자리 만족도의 관계에서 업무수행 능력의 매개효과와 인지된 스트레스 관리 수준의 조절효과의 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 산재 근로자의 성공적인 사회복귀를 위해 사례관리 서비스 확대, 직무 환경 조성 지원, 스트레스 수준별 사회복귀 지원 정책 마련 등 제도적 개선이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The government enacted the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act and has promoted various policies to support workers injured on the job in successfully returning to their original workplaces. However, the return-to-work rate of these workers remains relatively low. This study utilizes data from the 1st year of the 3rd cohort of the Korea Workers' Compensation & Welfare Service's Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Panel Survey to analyze the impact of injured workers' subjective health status on job satisfaction after returning to their original workplace. Additionally, it examines the mediating effect of job performance ability and the moderating effect of stress management. The analysis results demonstrate that subjective health status significantly affects both job satisfaction and job performance ability, and job performance ability significantly impacts job satisfaction. Furthermore, the study validates the mediating effect of job performance ability and the moderating effect of stress management in the relationship between subjective health status and job satisfaction. These research findings suggest the need for institutional improvements to support the successful social reintegration of injured workers, including the expansion of case management services, support for creating suitable work environments, and the establishment of return-to-work policies tailored to different levels of stress.
