Dental implants are a new-age treatment modality for missing teeth. This case report series outlines various failed implant cases that had been treated further and rehabilitated. Three clinical cases of implant failure are presented, each with unique mechanical complications and retrieval challenges. Various techniques for fractured implant removal documented and reported in the literature have shown various degrees of efficacy. The method used in the presented cases was the use of an Osstem EFR (easy fixture removal) kit because the location and accessibility of the fracture were conducive to its use. The key recommendations include increasing implant number and diameter during rehabilitation to optimize the force distribution and reduce failure risk. A proper diagnosis followed by the development of a detailed treatment plan will minimize the risk of complications.
