국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 정신건강 증진 및 정신질환자 복지서비스 지원에 관한 법률 개정이후 정신건강 작업치료 연구동향을 분석하는 데 있다. 연구방법 : 연구대상은 한국정신보건작업치료학회 출판 문헌이며, 문헌에서 제시한 키워드를 본 연구의 분석대상으로 하였다. 분석기간은 정신건강 증진 및 정신질환자 복지서비스 지원에 관한 법률 개정 시기를 기준으로 2022년 5월-2024년 11월까지 출판된 문헌을 분석하였다. 연구동향 분석은 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용하였으며, 연결망의 특성과 중심성, 응집구조에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과를 표와 시각적인 그래프로 제시하였다. 결과 : 포함된 문헌은 총 23개, 키워드는 총 53개로 나타났다. 연결의 수는 총 77개, 평균 연결정도는 2.906개, 밀도는 .056로 나타났다. 매개 중심성 분석결과 평균 .005로 연결정도 중심성, 위세중심성 보다 낮게 나타났다. 연결정도 중심성은 ‘작업치료(Occupaional therapy)’, 매개 중심성은 ‘체계적 고찰(Systematic review)’, 위세 중심성은 ‘정신사회치료(Psychosocial therapy)’이 가장 높은 키워드로 나타났다. 응집구조는 7개로 ‘감각통합(Sensory integraion)’, ‘인지건강(Cognitive health)’, ‘작업실행(Occupational practice)’, ‘소셜미디어 사용(SNS use)’, ‘자아개념(Self-concept)’, ‘지식 매핑(Knowledge mapping)’, ‘작업치료 체계(Occupational framework)’가 주요 주제를 구성하였다. 결론 : 본 연구는 ｢정신건강 증진 및 정신질환자 복지서비스 지원에 관한 법률｣의 개정에 기반하여, 정신건강 작업치료가 하나의 독립된 전문 영역으로서 의료제도 내에 제도적으로 자리매김하였음을 보여주는 중요한 근거를 제시하며, 현재의 연구 역량을 파악하고, 학문적으로 간과되거나 미비한 영역을 확인하며, 향후 연구의 방향성과 주제 설정에 중요한 통찰을 제공하는 의미와 가치를 지닌다.

영문 초록

Objective : This study aimed to analyze research trends in occupational therapy for mental health following the revision of the Act on the Improvement of Mental Health and the Support for Welfare Services for Patients with Mental Illness. Methods : The subjects of analysis were articles published in the Korean Journal of Occupational Therapy for Mental Health. Keywords extracted from these articles were analyzed as the primary data. The analysis covered literature published from May 2022 to November 2024, following the legislative revision period. Social network analysis (SNA) was used to examine the research trends, specifically focusing on network characteristics, centrality measures, and cohesive structures. The results were presented through tables and visual graphs. Results : A total of 23 articles and 53 unique keywords were included in the analysis, resulting in 77 connections with an average degree of 2.906 and a network density of .056. Betweenness centrality had an average score of .005, which was lower compared to degree centrality and eigenvector centrality. “Occupational therapy” demonstrated the highest degree centrality, “systematic review” showed the highest betweenness centrality, and “psychosocial therapy” had the highest eigenvector centrality. The cohesive structures formed seven distinct clusters, primarily including themes such as sensory integration, cognitive health, occupational practice, SNS use, self-concept, knowledge mapping, and occupational framework. Conclusion : Based on the revision of the Act on the Improvement of Mental Health and the Support for Welfare Services for Patients with Mental Illness, this study provides significant evidence demonstrating the establishment of occupational therapy for mental health as an independent professional domain within the healthcare system. Furthermore, this analysis offers valuable insights by evaluating current research capacities, identifying academically overlooked or underdeveloped areas, and guiding future research directions and thematic focuses.
