국문 초록

본 연구는 염증 제거를 목적으로 발견한 헤벌레 운동법(자가 치유와 자연 치유)의 소개를 하는데 있다. 특히 “이완”에 집중을 두고 몸과 맘과 영의 통합적 건강법이다. 헤벌레 운동의 정의, 염증 환자들의 일상적 건강 문제를 피력했다. 그리고 헤벌레 운동이 탄생하게 된 배경, 헤벌레 운동을 돕는 도구들, 어디서든 바로 효과를 볼 수 있는 염증제거 운동법도 소개했다. 연구자는 주변의 친구들을 통해 경험한 임상 체험도 나누었다. 그러면서 연구자가 발견한 몇 가지 헤벌레 운동의 원칙들도 이곳에서 나눈다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to introduce the Hebele(self-healing and natural healing) exercise method discovered for the purpose of eliminating inflammation. In particular, it focuses on “relaxation” and is an integrated health method for the body, mind and spirit. The definition of Hebele Exercise(HE) and the daily health problems of patients with inflammation were expressed. We also introduced the background of the birth of Hebele Exercise, the tools to assist Hebele Exercise, and an exercise method to relieve inflammation that can be immediately effective anywhere. The researcher also shared clinical experiences lived through friends around him. At the same time, some of the principles of Hebele Exercise discovered by the researcher are also shared here.
