국문 초록

A 14-year-old female with a history of cleft palate repair presented with a straight facial profile and significant orthodontic challenges, including anterior crossbite, severe crowding, and blocked-out premolars, caused by maxillary growth restriction. These factors contributed to a skeletal Class III pattern and a dental malocclusion. The treatment aimed to address these issues through a non-surgical approach, as the patient declined orthognathic surgery. A combination of premolar extractions, dental camouflage techniques, and fixed orthodontic appliances successfully improved her occlusion and facial aesthetics. Despite the complexity, the final results demonstrated well-aligned arches, stable Class I canine and molar relationships, enhanced facial aesthetics, and satisfactory soft tissue balance.
