유치원과 초등학교 이음교육의 필요성과 유-초 연계 방해요인 및 교육과정 이해도에 대한 예비교원의 인식조사

국문 초록

본 연구는 유치원과 초등학교 이음교육의 필요성과 유-초 연계방해요인 그리고 교육과정이해도에 대한 예비교원의 인식조사를 위한 연구로서 예비 유아교원 45명, 예비 초등교원 45명 총 90명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 통계방법으로는 수집된 자료로 일반적 특성을 알아보기 위해 기술통계량인 백분율(%)을 산출하여 연구에 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유치원과 초등학교 예비교원 모두 이음교육에 대한 필요성은 높게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유-초 연계 방해요인에 있어서 부분적인 차이는 있지만 유·초 예비교원 모두 동일한 요인을 방해요인으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유치원과 초등학교 예비교원 모두 서로간의 교육과정에 대한 이해가 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 향후 사범대학 내 유-초 연계 교육의 활성화 방안을 제시하는 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.

영문 초록

This study is a study to investigate the necessity of joint education between kindergarten and elementary school and the perception of pre-service teachers on the curriculum, and a total of 90 pre-service early childhood teachers and 45 pre-primary elementary school teachers were surveyed. As a statistical method, the percentage(%), which is a descriptive statistic, was calculated and used in the study to find out general characteristics from the collected data. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that both kindergarten and elementary school pre-service teachers perceived the need for joint education highly. Second, although there are partial differences in the factors of interference between kindergarten and elementary school, it was found that both pre-service teachers perceived the same factor as an interference factor. Third, it was found that both kindergarten and elementary school pre-service teachers lacked understanding of the curriculum. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data suggesting ways to revitalize kindergarten-linked education in the College of Education in the future.
