국문 초록

Kestenberg Movement Profile(KMP)는 정신역동적(psycho-dynamic) 관점에서 몸의 언어를 관찰하고 분석하는 움직임 평가시스템이다. 그중 Tension Flow Rhythms(TFR)은 생애 초기 5년간 신체리듬으로 발달적 경과를 보여주는 하나의 지표이며, 이는 애착 및 정서발달과 긴밀하게 연결되어 있다. 본 연구는 TFR 신체 리듬의 심리 발달적 의미를 살펴보고, 표현예술매체를 통해 TFR을 임상적으로 활용하기 위한 이론적 탐구를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 다양한 심리발달 이론의 문헌 고찰을 통해 첫째, TFR 신체리듬의 심리발달적 의미를 살펴보았고, 둘째, 심리발달의 촉진을 위한 TFR기반 표현예술 매체의 적용 방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 TFR 이론을 새롭게 조명해봄으로써 임상 현장에서 내담자의 신체언어를 심리발달적 관점에서 이해하고, 심리발달의 촉진을 위해 표현예술 매체를 체계적으로 활용할 수 있는 이론적 기초자료를 제공하였다. 향후 TFR 이론 기반으로 표현예술심리상담 사례연구와 프로그램이 개발되기를 기대해본다.

영문 초록

The Kestenberg Movement Profile(KMP) is a movement assessment system that observes and analyzes the language of the body from a psycho-dynamic perspective. Among its components, Tension Flow Rhythms(TFR) serve as an indicator of developmental progress during the critical early years of life, specifically within the first five years, and are closely linked to attachment and emotional development. This study aims to explore the psychological developmental significance of TFR and to theoretically investigate the clinical application of TFR through expressive arts media. To achieve this, a literature review of various psychological development theories was conducted. First, the psychological developmental implications of TFR were examined. Second, the study sought ways to apply TFR-based expressive arts media to facilitate psychological development. By illuminating TFR theory, this research provides a theoretical foundation for understanding clients' body rhythms from a psychological developmental perspective in clinical settings and for systematically utilizing expressive arts media to promote psychological development. It is anticipated that future research will lead to case studies and programs developed based on TFR theory in the field of expressive arts therapy.
