장애인복지관 종사자의 성인 발달장애인 평생교육 지원 경험에 관한 연구

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 충청북도 장애인복지관 종사자의 성인 발달장애인 평생교육 지원 경험이 어떠한지 살펴봄으로써, 서비스 제공자 관점에서 평생교육 지원 경험이 갖는 의미와 성인 발달장애인 평생교육 프로그램 운영과 관련된 실태 및 지원요구, 정책 제안 등 실천전력을 모색하는데 목적이 있다.연구방법: 본 연구의 연구방법은 성인 발달장애인 평생교육 경험이 있는 충청북도 장애인복지관 종사자 8명을 대상으로 질적사례연구방법을 활용하여 내용분석(contentanalysis) 방법으로귀납적으로 정리하였다. 연구결과: 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 17개 의미단어, 5개 하위범주, 3개 상의범주로 성인 발달장애인의 평생교육이 갖는 의미, 발달장애인 평생교육 전반적 인식, 발달장애인 평생교육에대한 요구 내용을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 충청북도 장애인복지관의 성인 발달장애인 평생교육지원의 효과성을 확인할 수 있었다. 제언: 현장과 후속연구를 위한 제언은 성인 발달장애인 평생교육 기회와 요구를 확대하기 위해 지속적이고 안정적인 충분한 예산 확보 필요, 장애인 평생교육 전담 인력 추가 확보, 장애인 평생교육 전문 인력 배치, 장애인 평생교육 담당 인력의 전문성 및 인권감수성 확보, 통합평생교육과 발달장애인에 대한 지역사회의 인식개선, 평생교육기관 간 연계 강화, 발달장애인평생교육 선진사례 발굴 및 벤치마킹 체계 구축 등을 통한 성인 발달장애인 평생교육 활성화방안 및 다양한 정책적, 학술적 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose of Research: This study examines the experiences of workers at welfare cent ers for the disabled in Chungcheongbuk-do to support lifelong education for adults with developmental disabilities, and examines the meaning of the experience of lifelong education support from the perspective of service providers and the actual conditions, support demands, and policies related to the operation of lifelong education programs for adults with developmental disabilities. The purpose is to find practical solutions such as proposals. Research Method: The research method of this study was inductively summarized using content analysis using a qualitative case study method targeting eight workers at welfare centers for the disabled in Chungcheongbuk-do who have experience in lifelong education for adults with developmental disabilities. Research Results: The results of this study are 17 meaningful words, 5 sub-categories, and 3 top categories that describe the meaning of lifelong education for adults with developmental disabilities, the overall perception of lifelong education for people with developmental disabilities, and the demands for lifelong education for people with developmental disabilities. Derived. Through this, we were able to confirm the effectiveness of the Chungcheongbuk-do Welfare Center for the Disabled's lifelong education support for adults with developmental disabilities. Recommendations: Suggestions for field and follow-up research include the need to secure a continuous and stable sufficient budget to expand lifelong education opportunities and demands for adults with developmental disabilities, securing additional personnel dedicated to lifelong education for the disabled, deploying specialized personnel for lifelong education for the disabled, and manpower in charge of lifelong education for the disabled. Measures to revitalize lifelong education for adults with developmental disabilities by securing expertise and human rights sensitivity, improving community awareness of integrated lifelong education and people with developmental disabilities, strengthening connections between lifelong education institutions, discovering advanced cases of lifelong education for people with developmental disabilities, and establishing a benchmarking system. Various policy and academic suggestions were presented.
