영문 초록

The present study examined school-based peer-mediated cognitive behavior strategy to increase prosocial behaviors and to decrease aggressive behaviors. Three elementary school children, in the 1^st grade, who were reported as showing aggressive classroom behaviors by their teachers, participated in the program and one child in the 1^st grade of elementary school who did not show any maladaptive behaviors participated as a peer-mediator in the study. The results showed that all of the three children showed behavior increase in their prosocial behaviors and behavior decrease in their aggressive behaviors. The behavior change was maintained in all the three children for one month and was generalized in class for all of the three children.
