국문 초록

본 연구는 다양한 영역의 직업 전문성 관련 이론들과 경험적 연구를 근거로 장애인재활상담사의 직업 전문성에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고, 전문성을 증진하는 방안을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 전국의 장애인 재활 현장에서 근무하고 있는“장애인재활상담사” 213명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시 하였다. 수집된 자료에 대하여 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 다중회귀분석을 통해 장애인재활상담 사의 직업 전문성에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 역량강화(권한부여), 조직문화, 직무만족, 조직몰입을 독 립변수로 투입하고, 직업 전문성에 대한 영향력과 유의성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 연구 참여자의 일반적 특성 중에서는 학력이 직업 전문성에 정(+)적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고, 독립변수 중에서는 역량강화(권한부여)의 하위요인인 환경통제, 개인 업무지향, 조직문화의 하위요인인 합리 문화, 직무만족이 장애인재활상담사의 직업 전문성에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으 로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 장애인재활상담사가 국가자격으로 전환된 후, 직업 전문성 관련 국내 최초 의 연구라는 점에서 의미가 있다. 검증한 결과를 토대로 장애인재활상담사의 직업 전문성 발전방안을 제안하였으며, 앞으로 개인·조직·사회 통합적인 측면에서의 지속적인 발전을 도모해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the professional expertise of rehabilitation counselors based on theories and empirical studies related to vocational expertise in various fields and to seek ways to improve professionalism. An online survey was conducted on 213 “Rehabitation counselors” working at rehabilitation sites for the disabled nationwide. For the collected data, empowerment, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment were input as independent variables and the influence and significance of vocational expertise were verified through multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 24.0 program. The results of the study are as follows. Among the general characteristics of the study participants, education had a positive (+) significant effect on vocational expertise, and among the independent variables, environmental control, personal work orientation, rational culture, and job satisfaction, which are sub-factors of organizational culture, had a statistically significant (+) effect on vocational expertise of rehabilitation counselors. This study is meaningful in that it is the first study in Korea related to vocational expertise after the rehabilitation counselor was converted to a national qualification. Based on the verified results, a plan to develop vocational expertise of rehabilitation counselors for the disabled was proposed, and continuous development in terms of individual, organizational, and social integration should be promoted in the future.
