유치원 및 초등학교 교육계획안을 통한 실천 분석: 유 · 초 연계를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 현행 유치원 교육계획과 초등학교 교육계획에 대한 유아교사와 초등교사의 실천 인식과 교육계획안을 통해 드러나는 실천 양상을 비교 분석해봄으로써 유·초 연계를 위한 접근 방향을 모색해보는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 유아교사 3명, 초등교사 3명을 대상으로 심층 면담과 유치원 7곳, 초등학교 4곳의 교육계획안 수집 및 분석으로 실시하였다. 그 결과, ‘유아중심의 유아 교사 자율성 : 대강화 전략에 따른 교사 수업 자율권’, ‘놀이 흐름을 따르는 일과 구성 : 놀이를 활용한 수업 계획’, ‘유아를 향한 관찰을 담는 계획 : 교육내용의 설계 기록’, ‘유아교사의 개별 노력 : 학교 단위의 계획 시스템’, ‘주제나 유아 흥미에 따른 계획안 : 교과의 도달 목표에 따른 계획안’, ‘기대를 품은 놀이 계획안 : 가상 통합교과’, ‘놀이 지원자료 계획 : 수업자료 구상과 메모’, ‘놀이 지원을 위한 교사공동체 : 교과 운영을 위한 교사협의회’의 8가지 상위범주로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 유치원 및 초등학교 교사 역량 강화와 상호협력, 제도 보완 등의 필요성을 강조하고, 이상적인 유·초 연계를 위한 구체적인 방안 및 방향을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify an approach direction for connection between preschool and elementary school by comparing and analyzing the practice perceptions of early childhood and elementary school education plans, as well as the practice patterns revealed by the education plan. To this end, three early childhood teachers and three elementary school teachers were first interviewed about the implementation of kindergarten education plans based on the 2019 revised Nuri course and elementary school education plans based on the 2015 revised curriculum. Next, educational plans for seven kindergartens and four elementary schools were collected and analyzed. Resultantly, “Children-centered autonomy: teacher autonomy according to the strengthening strategy”, “play flow: lesson plan using play”, “design record of educational content”, “kindergarten teacher's individual effort: school-level plan”, “plan to reach the subject”, and “plans to play” were developed. Based on the results of this study, the necessity of strengthening the capacity of kindergarten and elementary school teachers, as well as mutual cooperation, and supplementation of the system was emphasized, and specific measures and directions for ideal connection were discussed.
