어린이집 평가인증이 보육교직원의 전문성 발달과 교수 효능감 및 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 어린이집 평가인증이 보육교직원의 전문성 발달수준과 교수 효능감 및 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 보육교직원 168명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 어린이집 평가인증은 보육교직원의 전문성 발달수준 중 지식과 기술의 발달, 자기이해의 발달에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 생태적 발달에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 연구대상의 배경변인에 따라서는 일부 경력 집단을 제외하고는 모두 전문성 발달수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어린이집 평가인증은 보육교직원의 교수 효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 연구대상의 배경변인에 따라서 교수 효능감에 미치는 영향은 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 어린이집 평가인증은 보육교직원의 ‘업무 관련 스트레스’, ‘동료 관련 스트레스’, ‘행정 관련 스트레스’, ‘원아 관련 스트레스’에는 영향을 미치고 ‘학부모 관련 스트레스’에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며 연구대상의 배경변인에 따라서 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향은 차이가 있었다.

영문 초록

This study surveyed the effects of evaluative accreditation on childcare faculty’s professional development, teaching efficacy, and job stress. The participants of this study are 168 faculties of a childcare center in Daegu metropolitan city and Kyeongsangbuk-do. They experienced evaluative accreditation in 2014. The instruments used were The Self- Assessment of Developmental Level for Kindergarten Teachers (Baik & Cho, 2004), The Scale of Teacher s Sense of Self-Efficacy (Lee, 1998), and The Scale of Childcare teacher s Job Stress (Hwang, et al., 2012). The data were analyzed by the paired t-test. The results were as follows: First, it was revealed that the effects of evaluative accreditation on childcare faculty s professional development showed a significant differences. Particularly, there were significant differences in the development of knowledge and skill, and the development of self-understanding in the sub-domains between the pre-test score and post-test score, but there were no significant differences in the ecological development in the sub-domains. Second, it was revealed that the effects of evaluative accreditation on childcare faculty s teaching efficacy exhibited significant differences in both the general efficacy and the individual efficacy between the pre-test score and post-test score. Third, it was revealed that the effects of evaluative accreditation on childcare faculty s job stress showed significant differences, except parent-related stress.
