수양론으로 본 연극치료사의 자질과 치료 세션의 기본구조

국문 초록

퇴계의 수양론은 하나의 인격이 성인으로 나아가 완성하는 과정을 보여주며 이는 연극치료가 보여주는 치료과정의 구조나 치료사의 자세와 연결된다. 이를 확인하기 위해 먼저 본체론과 심성론을 통해 수양론의 근간이 되는 구조를 살펴보고 수양론에서 제시하는 수양의 태도로 ‘명선-지금여기-계신공구-삼성’과 수양 방법의 ‘입지-궁리-완상’의 구조적인 단계를 확인하였다. 그리고 박미리가 제시한 치료사의 자질과 필 존스의 치료 세션의 구조에 적용하여 살펴본 결과 단계구분의 차이는 있지만 맥락적으로 매우 유사한 연결점들이 확인되었다. 또한 퇴계 수양론의 시각으로 본 연극치료의 작업은 하나의 세션이 일시적인 시작과 끝이 있는 정지된 상태가 아닌 경계 속에서 현실과 허구를 준비하는 시작의 반복적인 과정으로 볼 수 있었으며 이는 치료과정의 긍정적인 힘의 근간이 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Toegye s Training theory shows the process of one character moving toward an adult and completing it, which is linked to the structure of the treatment process shown by drama therapy or the posture of the therapist. To confirm this, we first examined the structure that is the basis of the cultivation theory through body theory and psychology, and confirmed the structural stages of 明善-Now-Here-戒愼恐懼-三省 and 立志-窮理-玩賞’ of the Training method with the attitude of Training theory. And as a result of applying it to the quality of the therapist suggested by Park Mi-ri and the structure of the treatment session in Phil Jones, very similar connections were identified in context, although there was a difference in stage classification. In addition, from the perspective of Toegye Training Theory, the work of drama therapy could be seen as a repetitive process of preparing reality and fiction in a boundary rather than a temporary start and end, which could be the basis of the positive power of the treatment process.
