영문 초록

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of an extracurricular program consisting of overseas cadaver anatomy and language training on healthcare students. Methods: Satisfaction with the program and pre- and post-major efficacies were analyzed among 94 healthcare students. Results: The overall satisfaction level of students of the Department of Nursing, Physical Therapy and Dental Engineering was an average of 4.30 points out of 5 points. The overall satisfaction with this extracurricular program was high. In addition, the post-major efficacy was significantly higher than the pre-test in all questions. Conclusion: The results of this study provide a basis for improving field practice and global competencies when applying an extracurricular program composed of overseas cadaver anatomy and language training to healthcare students. We propose continuous development of various contents and iterative and convergence research to verify the effectiveness of an extracurricular program.
