경도치매환자에게 적용한 작업 중심의 집단치료가 우울에 미치는 영향: 체계적 고찰

국문 초록

목적: 본 연구는 체계적인 문헌고찰을 통해 작업치료의 역할을 수행하기에 적합한 작업을 기반으로 하는 집단치료가 경도치매환자의 우울에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 진행되었다. 연구방법: 경도치매환자에게 작업 중심의 집단치료를 적용한 연구를 대상으로 피실험자의 질환과 관련한 영문 Dementia, Mild Dementia, Early Dementia, 증상과 관련된 영문 Depression, Elderly Depression, 적용한 치료적 중재와 관련된 영문 Occupation, Occupational therapy, Group, Group therapy 등을 조합하여 검색하였다. 국문으로는 경도치매, 작업, 집단, 우울, 노인우울, 치료 등을 조합하여 Riss, Pubmed, KISS의 데이터베이스를 사용하여 2009년~2019년 3월까지 게재된 논문을 검색하였다. 결과: 최종 분석된 9편의 논문은 모두 작업 중심의 집단치료로 작업 중심의 집단치료 실시 후 우울점수를 비교하여 보았을 때, 중재 후에 우울점수가 감소하여 작업 중심의 집단치료가 경도 치매노인 환자의 우울증상 감소에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 결론: 작업 중심의 집단치료가 경도 치매노인 환자의 우울증상 감소에 효과적이며 후속 연구들의 근거를 제공하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objective: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of group therapy based on occupational-tasks on the depression of patients with mild dementia through systematic review of literature. Methods: We searched published studies in Riss, Pubmed, KISS databases from 2009 to 2019. The used main keywords used were “Dementia OR Mild Dementia OR Early Dementia“, “Depression OR Elderly Depression“, “Occupation OR Occupational Therapy”, ”Group OR Group Therapy”. We were selected for analysis 9 studies that fit the selection criteria. Results: Nine papers were used to analyze the effect of task - oriented group therapy on mild dementia patients on depression. In all nine articles, depression scores were lowered after intervention compared to depression scores before task-based group therapy and task-focused group therapy, indicating that task-centered group therapy was effective. There was a statistically significant difference in depression symptom relief among patients. Conclusion: In this study, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference in the decrease of depressive symptom among the elderly patients with mild dementia. It may be helpful to provide a basis for further studies of treatment.
