국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년 후기 대학생 시기의 부모와의 분리-개별화과정의 심리적 변인과 진로결정수준 간의 구조적 인과관계에서 자아존중감과 청소년 대처 변인의 매개적 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구의 대상은 대전․충남지역에 소재한 4년제 대학교에 재학하고 있는 남녀 대학생 432명으로 하였고, 연구도구로는 청소년 후기 개별화(K-LAIQ), 자아존중감(RSE), 청소년 대처(YCS), 진로결정수준(CDS) 척도를 사용하였다. 분석방법으로는 SPSS Windows 18.0 프로그램으로 기술통계, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석을 한 후 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 확인적 요인분석, 경로분석을 실시하고 예측변인들의 효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 후기 청소년 시기인 대학생의 분리-개별화 과정에서 독립변인인 청소년 후기 개별화 변인은 종속변인인 진로결정수준에 직접적인 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자아존중감 변인은 진로결정수준에 직접적인 영향력을 미치며, 독립변인인 청소년 후기 개별화 변인의 매개변인으로서 간접적인 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년 대처 변인은 진로결정수준에 직접적인 영향력을 미치며, 독립변인인 청소년 후기 개별화 변인의 매개변인으로서 간접적인 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of study was to analyze the mediating effects of self-esteem and coping in the relationships between separation-individuation and career decision level of college students. The subjects were 432 students from college students located in daejeon metropolitan city and chungnam region. Korean-Late Adolescent Individuation Questionnaire, Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale, Youth Coping Scale, Career Decision Scale were implemented. To analyze data, SPSS windows 18.0 program was employed for descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis. Also, by using AMOS 18.0 program, the study conducted confirmative factor analysis, path analysis and confirmed effect of prediction variables. The study results are summarized as follows. Firstly, in the separation-individuation process of late adolescence college students, late adolescent individuation showed a direct influence on the level of career decision. Secondly, self-esteem had a direct influence on the career decision level as well as indirect influence as a mediator variables of late adolescent individuation. Thirdly, youth coping had a direct influence on the career decision level as well as indirect influence as a mediator variables of late adolescent individuation.
