영문 초록

Operation is one of the biggest problems of hospital day-care center. Object of the this study is to shed light on the problems faced in operating hospital day-care center It came to light that the number of in-hospital childcare centers experie ncing a shortage in operating budget is large, and various measures such as reduction in personnel expenditure and reduction in the number of childcare providers are taken. Background of shortage in operating budget, we presume that it is due to difficulties faced in receiving the grant money, which is a source of revenue for operating budget. Although financial aid schemes are available, it is difficult to satisfy the conditions for receiving the grant money‘ It is necessary to have financial aid schemes in places that will ensure sustainable operation of in-hospital childcare centers. Role of childcare centers is to provide education in addition to nurture children. It is necessary that childcare centers put in place required personnel environment and physical environment in order to support the growth of children. It is necessary to improve environment at in-hospital childcare centers giving due consideration to the importance of childcare environment for children
