영문 초록

The effect of repeating treatment of Soiling and washing on characteristics properties of moisture permeable water-proofed fabrics was studied by using the domestic polyurethane coated water proofed fabrics(Hipola.) Soils used in the experiment are carbon black and oil soluble dyes - Sudan Black B - dispersed in 1.1.1 trichloro ethane containing Lauric acid and Triolein. The moisture Permeability(mp) of fabrics was decreased with increasing the concentration of the soil in the solution. The moisture vapor transmission of the washed fabrics was higher than that of the soiled fabrics and in case of the repeating treatment of soiling and washing. mp of these two kinds of soiled fabrics after the first treatment decreased but from the 2nd soiling and washing treatment, the mp began to increase gradually and the increase rate of the mp. of the fabrics soiled with Carbon Black was higher than that of the fabrics soiled with Sudan Black B and also The mp of the washed fabrics was higher than of soiled fabrics. The water repellent of the fabrics was measured by the contact angle. The result of the soiled and washed fabrics was lower than that of nontreated fabrics and the water repellent of washed fabrics was higher than that of soiled fabrics.
