예비 초등교사의 학부모 악성민원 간접경험에 따른 변화 탐색: 경남지역 예비 초등교사를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비 초등교사가 학부모의 악성 민원을 간접적으로 경험하는 과정에서 학습동기나 교직관 등에서 일어난 심리적 변화를 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 6명의 예비 초등교사들과 일대일 인터뷰를 진행하였으며 수집된 자료를 질적연구방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 예비 초등교사들은 사명감과 교육봉사경험으로 교직으로 진로를 선택하였으며 악성민원 또한 교사로서 감내해야한다고 생각하였다. 둘째, 악성민원에 대해 분노와 부담감 등 부정적인 감정도 있었지만 임용고시에 대한 부담감과 동기들과의 대화 부재로 악성민원에 대해 거리감을 느끼기도 하였다. 셋째, 악성민원으로 인해 교직관을 재정립하였으며 이들을 이해하기 위한 노력과 대응하기 위한 적극적인 전략을 계획하고 있었다. 본 연구의 결과로 예비 초등교사들이 학부모 악성민원에 대한 불안과 그로 인한 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 학부모 악성민원을 어떻게 다루고 교사들을 보호해 나갈 것인가와 같은 구체적인 논의의 제반연구로 활용할 수 있다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

영문 초록

This study explored the anxiety experienced by pre-service elementary teachers caused by malicious parental complaints and examined changes in their learning motivation and teaching career perspectives. One-on-one interviews were conducted with six participants, and the data were analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the participants chose teaching based on a sense of mission and volunteer experience, viewing malicious complaints as challenges to be endured. Although they experienced negative emotions such as anger and burden, they also felt detached due to exam pressure and limited peer communication. Moreover, these experiences prompted them to reconstruct their teaching perspectives and to develop coping strategies. The study provides foundational insights for developing measures to manage malicious parental complaints and protect teachers.
