The exposition on the protection of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) within Xi Jinping Thought on Culture represents a vivid practice and exemplary application of his “Second Integration” philosophy in the cultural domain.This paper systematically elaborates the core essence and contemporary value of Xi Jinping’s ICH protection discourse, emphasizing ICH’s intrinsic worth as both a treasure of Chinese civilization and a shared heritage of humanity.By doing so, it provides theoretical underpinnings for comprehending China's distinctive ICH protection system, reinforcing cultural confidence,and fostering mutual learning among civilizations.

영문 초록

习近平文化思想中关于非物质文化遗产保护论述，是其“第二个结合”理念在文化领域的生动实践与典范应用。本文系统阐释习近平文化思想中非遗保护论述的核心要义与时代价值，理解非遗作为中华文化瑰宝与人类共同财富的核心价值，为理解中国特色的非遗保护体系、增强文化自信、促进文明交流互鉴提供理论支撑。
