국문 초록

최근 개인의 삶의 질에 대한 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 경향은 공직사회에도 영향을 미쳤고, 이러한 영향은 일과 삶의 균형 연구로까지 발전되어 많은 연구들이 진행되어왔다. 이 연구는 경찰관의 일과 삶의 균형에 미치는 영향요인으로 승진공정성, 조직문화를 선정하여 이들 요인과의 인과관계를 실증분석하였다. 분석결과, 경찰관이 인식하는 분배적 공정성이 강할수록 일과 삶의 균형에 대한 인식이 높아질 것이라는 가설과 집단문화와 발전문화가 강할수록 일과 삶의 균형에 대한 인식도 높아질 것이라는 가설은 부분 채택되었다. 반면, 경찰관이 인식하는 상호작용공정성과 합리문화 및 위계문화는 일과 삶의 균형에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 작용하지 않았다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 경찰인사행정의 방향설정에 시사점을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

Recently, the importance of individuals' quality of life has been gaining attention. This trend has also influenced the public sector, leading to the development of research on work-life balance, with many studies being conducted. This study selected promotion fairness and organizational culture as factors influencing police officers' work-life balance and empirically analyzed the causal relationships with these factors. The analysis revealed that the hypothesis, which stated that the stronger the distributive fairness perceived by police officers, the higher their awareness of work-life balance, was partially supported. Similarly, the hypothesis that the stronger the group culture and developmental culture, the higher the awareness of work-life balance, was also partially supported. On the other hand, the perceived interactional fairness, rational culture, and hierarchical culture did not significantly affect work-life balance. Based on the research results, implications for setting the direction of police personnel administration were drawn.
