인공지능 시대, 평생교육과 AI에 대한 뉴스 빅데이터 분석

국문 초록

AI·디지털 등 디지털 대전환과 인구구조 변화 등으로 평생학습의 중요성이 높아지는 가운데 새로운 평생교육 정책이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 AI·디지털 기반 평생학습체제로 전환한 제5차 평생교육진흥 기본계획 주기 전·후를 구분짓고, 텍스트마이닝 기법인 토픽모델링 분석을 통해 두 기간에서 나타난 평생교육과 AI와의 관계에 대한 언론의 사회적 의제와 변화 양상을 파악하였다. 먼저, 키워드 분석 결과, 두 기간 모두 대학, 지원, 사업 등의 단어가 상위 키워드로 등장하였으며, 키워드 영향력 분석에서는 도입기에는 산업, 지원, 미래, 사회가 그리고 확산기에는 프로그램, 지역, 활용 등의 키워드가 상대적으로 영향력이 높았다. 토픽분석에서는 도입기에 6개 토픽, 확산기에 7개 토픽으로 도출되었으며, 도입기에는 에듀테크 기술에 대한 의제가 높은 비율로 나타난 반면, 확산기에는 평생교육 지원사업들의 디지털 확산의 의제가 높은 비중을 차지하였다. 그리고 AI 확산 전후 시기별 토픽 변화 양상 분석을 위해 교육과정 개편, 운영/주체, 그리고 지원/제도 등 세 가지 차원으로 재분류하여 시간 흐름에 따른 변화 양상을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 AI 시대, 평생교육과 AI에 대한 정책적 시사점과 연구의 한계와 후속연구의 방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

As the importance of lifelong learning increases due to the digital transformation including AI and digital and changes in population structure, a new lifelong education policy is required. This study divided the period before and after the 5th Basic Plan for Lifelong Education Promotion, which switched to an AI and digital-based lifelong learning system, and analyzed the social agenda and changing aspects of the media regarding the relationship between lifelong education and AI in the two periods through topic modeling analysis, a text mining technique. First, the keyword analysis results showed that words such as university, support, and business appeared as top keywords in both periods, and keyword influence analysis showed that keywords such as industry, support, future, and society were relatively influential in the introduction period, while keywords such as program, region, and utilization were relatively influential in the diffusion period. Topic analysis revealed 6 topics in the introduction period and 7 topics in the diffusion period, and while agendas regarding Edutech technology appeared at a high rate in the introduction period, agendas regarding digital diffusion of lifelong education support projects occupied a high proportion in the diffusion period. In order to analyze the change in topics by period before and after the spread of AI, we reclassified them into three dimensions: education reform, operation/players, and support/policy and analyzed the change over time. Finally, based on the results of this analysis, we presented policy implications for the AI era, lifelong education, and AI, as well as the limitations of the research and the direction of follow-up research.
