국문 초록

이 연구는 중국 학생의 학업 부담을 줄이기 위한 쌍감 정책의 교육적, 사회적 영향 정도를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 중국의 사교육 문제는 학업 부담을 가중시키고 교육 자원의 형평성을 저해하는 주요 요인으로 작용해왔으며, 이에 대응하기 위해 쌍감 정책이 도입되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 쌍감 정책이 사교육 시장을 축소시키고 학생과 학부모의 부담을 경감시키는 긍정적 효과를 보였지만, 사교육 기관의 불법화, 공교육 부담 증가, 교육 불평등 문제 등의 새로운 문제점도 발생되었다. 한국 교육개혁의 경험을 참고하여 중국의 사교육 정책 이해를 심화시키며, 쌍감 정책의 현재와 미래에 필요한 발전적 시사점을 제시한다. 연구의 결과는 중국 사교육 문제를 해결하기 위한 대안을 마련하는데 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the educational and social impacts of the “Double Reduction” policy introduced to alleviate the academic burden on Chinese students. The issue of private education in China has long been a major factor exacerbating academic pressure and undermining the equity of educational resources. In response, the Double Reduction policy was implemented. The findings of this study reveal that while the policy has had positive effects, such as reducing the private education market and easing the burdens on students and parents, it has also led to new challenges, including the illegalization of private education institutions, increased pressure on public education, and exacerbated educational inequality. By referencing Korea's educational reform experiences, this study seeks to deepen the understanding of China's private education policies and provide constructive insights for the current and future development of the Double Reduction policy. The results of this research will serve as foundational data for developing alternatives to address China's private education issues.
