국문 초록

The “harmony” culture is a spiritual treasure of Chinese civilization that has been precipitated for thousands of years, and its core essence lies in “harmony and difference, win-win cooperation”, which not only recognizes the differences of things, but also pursues the balance of pluralistic coexistence, emphasizes the independence of the individual, and attaches importance to the synergy of the whole. Today, with the in-depth development of globalization and many common challenges facing mankind, the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind and the culture of “harmony” have formed a resonance across time and space. The global governance plan proposed by China in this new era not only continues the spiritual essence of the “harmony” culture, but also gives it a new significance in the process of practice, and has become an important ideological resource to promote the unity and cooperation of the international community and overcome difficulties together.

영문 초록

“和合”文化是中华文明历经数千年沉淀的精神瑰宝，其核心要义在于“和而不同、合作共赢”，既承认事物的差异性，又追求多元共存的平衡，既强调个体的独立性，又重视整体的协同性。在全球化深入发展、人类面临诸多共同挑战的今天，人类命运共同体理念与“和合”文化形成了跨越时空的共鸣。这一新时代中国提出的寰球治理方案，既延续了“和合”文化的精神本质，又在实践进程中赋予其全新的时代意义，成为推动国际社会团结合作、共克时艰的重要思想资源。
