국문 초록
This article conducts a systematic analysis of the capacity and quality construction of primary and secondary school teachers in the relocation and resettlement area of Zhaotong City. From the current situation, it points out that the teaching ability of teachers presents the characteristics of “experience oriented leadership and insufficient innovation”, and the information technology integration ability of teachers urgently needs to be improved. Research has found that teachers have weak awareness of self-development and widespread occupational burnout; The existing training system has shortcomings such as outdated content, single form, and insufficient practicality, which make it difficult to meet the needs of hierarchical classification and improvement. In response to the above challenges, eight improvement paths are proposed: building a linkage training system, implementing precise ability diagnosis and personalized training; Improve professional title evaluation and performance reform, and open up professional development channels; Establish a multidimensional dynamic evaluation mechanism and strengthen the transformation and application of evaluation results; Guide teachers to develop five-year growth plans and allocate special development funds;Based on social propaganda and home school co education, create a respectful atmosphere for teachers and stimulate a sense of professional honor; Encourage artificial intelligence assisted teaching innovation and establish educational experimental reform demonstration zones; Establish a special program for teacher psychological counseling and build a professional happiness support network; Build an interdisciplinary research community and promote the co construction and sharing of high-quality resources.
영문 초록
本文围绕昭通市易地搬迁安置区中小学教师能力建设展开分析,从现状层面指出教师教学能力呈现出“经验型主导,创新性不足”的特征,教师的信息技术融合能力亟待提升。调研发现,教师的自主发展意识薄弱,职业倦怠现象普遍;现有培训体系存在内容滞后、形式单一、实践性不足等缺陷,难以满足分层分类提升需求。针对上述挑战,本研究提出八大提升路径:构建联动培训体系,实施精准化能力诊断与个性化培养;完善职称评聘与绩效改革,打通专业发展通道;建立多维动态评估机制,强化评估结果转化应用;引导教师制定五年成长规划,配套专项发展基金;基于社会宣传与家校共育营造尊师氛围,激发职业荣誉感;鼓励人工智能辅助教学创新,设立教育实验改革示范区;增设教师心理辅导专项,构建职业幸福支持网络;打造跨学科教研共同体,促进优质教育资源共建共享。
