청소년의 가정폭력경험이 학교폭력에 미치는 영향에 대한 적응유연성의 조절효과

국문 초록

최근 들어 청소년의 학교폭력이 사회문제로 대두되고 있고, 이를 해결하기 위해서 교육부를 비롯한 법무부, 복지부, 여성가족부 등 관련 부처들이 다양한 대처방안을 내놓았으며, 특히 청소년보호위원회를 신설하여 학교폭력문제에 대처하고 있다. 이러한 노력에도 학교폭력은 좀처럼 해결되지 못하고, 오히려 2013년을 기준으로 학교폭력의 실태를 살펴보면 비록 수치상으로는 약간의 감소를 보이고 있으나 폭력의 정도가 점점 더 거칠어지고 심각해지는 것으로 나타나 가해자의 피해가 점점 더 심각해지는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 청소년들의 가정폭력 경험이 학교폭력에 미치는 영향에 대한 적응유연성의조절효과에 대해서 알아보고자 하였으며, 그 연구결과 다음과 같이 도출되었다. 첫째. 연구문제 1에서는 청소년들의 가정폭력 경험이 학교폭력에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가에 대해서 알아보고자 하였다. 분석결과 청소년들의 직·간접적인 가정폭력 경험이 학교폭력 피해 및가해에 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 가정폭력 경험이 학교폭력 피해에 비해 가해에상대적으로 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 보여 가정에서의 폭력 경험이 학습효과가 되어 청소년들에게그대로 투사되고 있는 것으로 보인다. 둘째, 연구문제2,에서는 청소년들의 가정폭력경험이 학교폭력에 미치는 영향에서 적응유연성이조절을 할 것인가를 알아보고자 하였다. 분석결과 가정폭력경험이 학교폭력의 피해와 가해에 미치는 영향에 있어 적응유연성이 통계적으로 유의미하게 조절을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은비록 가정폭력의 경험이 있을 지라도 적응유연성이 높은 집단은 학교폭력피해와 가해정도가 약하다는 것을 의미한다. 이것은 적응유연성이 폭력에 노출된 청소년들이 폭력의 빈도를 줄이고 나아가 폭력행동을 제어 할 수 있는 기저라는 것을 미하는 것으로 향후 청소년들의 학교폭력행동의 예방과 치료에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

Recently, teenagers' school violence has been influential as social problems and, tosolve these problems, the Ministry of Justice, various governmental department such asthe Ministry of Welfare, the Ministry of Gender Equality & Family including the Ministryof Education proposed a variety of countermeasures. Especially, the government newlyestablished a teenager protection committee, coping with school violence problems. Inspite of these efforts, school violence seldom solves. Examining the real situation ofschool violence on the basis of 2013, it shows slight reduction numerically, but the degreeof school violence turned out to be more severe and serious, so that the sufferersexperienced more violence and pain. Accordingly, this study was intended to look into the regulation effects of resilience tothe effects of teenagers' home violence experiences on school violence, and the result ofthis study is as follows. First. in study problem 1, an examination was made as to what the effects ofteenagers' home violence experiences on school violence are. As a result of theexamination, it turned out that direct & indirect home violence experience of teenagershas an effect on doing and suffering harm related to school violence. Especially, homeviolence experience had more effects on doing harm than suffering harm at the school, sothat it seems violence experience at home has learning effects on teenagers and leadthem to doing harm. Second, in study problem 2, an examination was made as to whether resilience canregulate them in the effects of their home violence experience on school violence. As aresult of the examination, it turned out that, in the effect of home violence experience onsuffering and doing school violence, resilience is significantly regulating themstatistically. This means even though teenagers had home violence, a group having high resilience is low in suffering and doing school violence. This means resilience can reducenumber of times of violence of teenagers who are exposed to violence and can controltheir violence. Resilience is expected to play an important role in prevention andtreatment of teenagers' school violence in the future.
