자연어처리 기반 지적분야 연구뉴스 민원 데이터 비교 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 자연어처리 기반으로 지적 분야의 연구 논문, 뉴스, 민원 데이터 간 차이를 분석해 주요시사점을 도출하였다. 이를 위해학술연구정보서비스(RISS)에서 국문 초록을 수집하고, 한국언론진흥재단의 빅카인즈(Big Kinds)에서 뉴스 데이터를, 국민권익위원회의 민원 빅데이터에서 민원 데이터를 확보하였다. 분석은 TF-IDF 기반 키워드 추출 및 빈도 분석, SBERT를 활용한 의미적 유사도 분석을 통해 진행되었다. 그 결과, 연구 논문과 민원 간의 평균 유사도가 가장 높아 실제 행정민원과연구간의연관성이 확인되었으며, 연구와 뉴스 간 유사도는가장낮아연구성과가사회적논의로즉각반영되지는 않는 경향이 나타났다. 본 연구는 지적 분야에서 세 데이터 간 간극을 정량적으로 분석함으로써 정책 결정자가 연구 결과를 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 기반 자료를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study aims to identify key implications by analyzing the differences among research papers, news articles, and civil complaints in the field of cadastral studies using natural language processing techniques. Korean abstracts of research papers were collected from the RISS (Research Information Sharing Service), news data from Big Kinds provided by the Korea Press Foundation, and civil complaint data from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission. The analysis was conducted using TF-IDF-based keyword extraction and frequency analysis, along with semantic similarity analysis using the SBERT model. The results showed that the average similarity between research papers and civil complaints was the highest, indicating a strong link between academic research and actual administrative issues. In contrast, the similarity between research and news articles was the lowest, suggesting that research outcomes are not immediately reflected in public discourse. This study provides a foundational basis for policymakers to effectively utilize research findings by quantitatively analyzing the gap among the three types of data in the cadastral domain.
