재난후성장 척도 개발 및 타당화 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 재난 경험 후 심리적 회복을 평가할 수 있는 재난후성장 척도를 체 계적으로 개발하고, 그 타당도를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 문헌 검토, 번역 문항, 전 문가 의견을 통해 예비 문항을 개발하였고, 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 요인구조를 확인하 였다. 확인적 요인분석 결과, 재난후성장 척도는 가능성 발견, 가족 성장, 초연함, 가치 변 화, 가치 인식, 지원 요청, 영적 성장 등 7개 요인, 총 34개 문항으로 최종 확정되었다. 또 한, 신뢰도 및 타당도 검증을 위해 PTGI-X 척도, 벡의 불안 척도, 임상적 회복탄력성 척 도와의 상관분석을 실시한 결과, 재난후성장 척도가 수렴타당도와 준거타당도를 충족하 는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 한국인을 대상으로 재난후성장 척 도를 개발하여 재난후성장의 개념적 정의와 요인구조를 명확히 도출했다는 점에서 의의 가 있다. 또한, 본 척도가 향후 보다 정교한 규준 개발을 통해 신뢰성과 타당성이 확보된 평가 도구로 자리할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to systematically develop and validate the Disaster Post-Traumatic Growth Inventory (DPTGI) as a measure for assessing psychological recovery following a disaster. To achieve this, preliminary items were formulated based on a literature review, translation of existing measures, and expert consultation. Then, an exploratory analysis was conducted to confirm the factor structure. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) confirmed the final structure of the DPTGI, comprising seven factors and 34 items: discovery of possibilities, family growth, detachment, value change, value recognition, seeking support, and spiritual growth. Furthermore, to assess the reliability and validity of the scale, correlation analyses were conducted with the Post-Traumatic Growth Inventory-X (PTGI-X), Beck’s Anxiety Inventory, and the Clinical Resilience Scale. The results demonstrated significant correlations, establishing the convergent and criterion-related validity of the DPTGI. Based on the research findings, this study is significant in developing the DPTGI for Koreans, providing a clear conceptual framework and factor structure of the post-disaster growth. Furthermore, with continued refinement and the development of standardized norms, this scale is expected to serve as a reliable and valid assessment tool for future research and practice.
