지역자활센터 종사자의 자활사례관리 직무역량 개발을 위한 교육요구 분석 - The Locus for Focus 모델을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 지역자활센터에서 자활사례관리 직무를 담당하는 종사자를 대상으로 자활사례관리 교육에서 다루어야 할 직무역량의 우선순위를 통해 교육요구를 도출하기 위하여 실시하였다. 지역자활센터 종사자 254명을 대상으로 직무역량별 중요도와 현재 수준을 조사한 후, The Locus for Focus 모델을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 슈퍼비전, 자활사례관리, 게이트웨이, 참여자교육, 자산형성지원의 다섯 가지 주요 직무역량을 다루었으며, 슈퍼비전에서는 슈퍼비전의 개념 이해, 슈퍼바이저로서의 역할 인식, 역할소진 방지, 슈퍼비전 운영체계 수립 등이 강조된다. 자활사례관리에서는 진단 도구의 활용 및 분석, 문제해결방안 모색 등이 중요한 요소로 평가되었다. 게이트웨이에서는 참여자와의 합의 도출, 내적 변화를 위한 개입 등의 강화가 필요하며, 참여자교육에서는 외부자원 관리와 교육 네트워크 관리 등이 중요한 최우선 영역으로 확인되었으며, 자산형성지원에서는 욕구사정 및 재무정보 수집 등이 강조되었다. 이와 같이 도출된 직무역량은 지역자활센터 종사자의 역량 강화를 위해 교육내용에 우선적으로 반영되어야 할 것이며, 본 연구는 자활사례관리 직무역량의 교육방향 설정 및 프로그램 개발에 더욱 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to derive educational needs through the priority of job competencies to be dealt with in Self-Sufficiency case management education for workers in charge of Self-Sufficiency case management at local Self-Sufficiency centers. After investigating the importance and current level of each job competency for 254 workers at local Self-Sufficiency centers, the locus for focus model was used. The five major job competencies were covered: supervision, Self-Sufficiency case management, gateway, participant education, and asset formation support. In supervision, understanding the concept of supervision, recognition of the role as a supervisor, prevention of role exhaustion, and establishment of a supervision operating system were emphasized. The use and analysis of diagnostic tools and the search for problem-solving solutions were evaluated as important factors in Self-Sufficiency case management. In the gateway, it is necessary to strengthen consensus with participants and intervention for internal change, and in participant education, external resource management and educational network management were identified as important top priority areas, and in asset formation support, the assessment of needs and collection of financial information were emphasized. The job competencies derived in this way should be reflected first in the educational content to strengthen the capabilities of local Self-Sufficiency center workers, and this study is expected to be used as more important basic data for setting educational directions and developing programs for Self-Sufficiency case management job competencies.
