국문 초록

全过程人民民主是新时代中国共产党带领中国人民共同探索社会主义民主政治理论与实践路径的创新成果与智慧结晶。马克思主义民主观正确揭示了“民主”的社会历史性本质，鲜明批判了资产阶级民主的虚伪性和脆弱性，充分建构了社会主义民主的基本原则和基本规定。全过程人民民主继承和发展了马克思主义民主观，以人民性作为全过程人民民主的根本属性，以实效性作为全过程人民民主的衡量准绳，以辩证性作为全过程人民民主的独特优势，以参与性作为全过程人民民主的贯穿线索，在“四个相统一”和“三全三最”的内涵演绎与现实实践中充分体现出对当代“西式民主”的批判性超越意义。

영문 초록

Whole-process people’s democracy represents an innovative achievement and crystallized wisdom of the Communist Party of China in leading the Chinese people to explore the theory and practical pathways of socialist democratic politics in the new era. The Marxist perspective on democracy has correctly revealed the socio-historical essence of democracy, critically exposed the hypocrisy and fragility of bourgeois democracy, and systematically established the fundamental principles and basic framework of socialist democracy. Building upon and developing Marxist democratic theory, whole-process people’s democracy demonstrates its critical transcendence over contemporary Western-style democracy through its essential characteristics of “four unifications” and practical implementation of “three sum-total and three best”. It features people-centeredness as its fundamental attribute, effectiveness as its measurement criterion, dialectical unity as its distinctive advantage, and extensive participation as its consistent thread. This governance paradigm manifests significant theoretical innovation and practical vitality in both conceptual elaboration and real-world application.
