국문 초록

이 연구는 유·무인 복합전투체계의 중요성을 강조하고, 안전 애착 형성의 필요성을 제시하며, 실제 사용자의 심리를 고려한 제도의 발전을 제안했다. 유·무인 복합전투체계는 미래 전장 환경의 불확실성과 우리나라 출산율 저하로 인한 병력자원 감소라는 도전 요인 극복을 위한 방안이다. 유·무인 복합전투체계가 성공적으로 자리매김하려면 전투원의 AI 로봇에 대한 안전 애착 형성이 중요하므로 이를 일본의 AI 반려로봇 아이보를 예시로 들어 설명하고 이를 유·무인 복합전투체계에 적용하여 안전 애착 형성이 전투력에 미칠 긍정적인 영향을 논의 했다. 또한 제도의 발전을 위해 전투원에 AI 로봇 간의 역할을 명확히 정립하고, 발생할 수 있는 스트레스 요인에 대한 예측과 대비책 마련, 실제 사용자 심리의 고려를 제언했다. 결론적으로 유·무인 복합전투체계가 효과적으로 운용되기 위해서는 기술적인 측면과 함께 전투원의 심리도 함께 고려되어야 한다.

영문 초록

This research highlights the importance of Manned-Unmanned Teaming, emphasizes the need for Secure Attachment, and proposes the development of systems that take into account the actual psychology of the user. Manned-Unmanned Teaming is seen as a solution to the challenges posed by the uncertainty of future battlefield environments and the decrease in military resources due to a declining birth rate in S.Korea. For the successful establishment of Manned-Unmanned Teaming, it is crucial to create a secure attachment to AI robots among combatants. To illustrate this, the study refers to AIBO, a Japanese AI companion robot, and discusses how applying attachment formation to Manned-Unmanned Teaming using AIBO as an example can have a positive impact on combat effectiveness. Additionally, the study suggests clarifying the roles of AI robots for combatants, preparing for and addressing potential stressors, and offering recommendations for considering the psychology of actual users to advance the system. In conclusion, the effective operation of Manned-Unmanned Teaming requires consideration of both technological aspects and the psychological well-being of combatants.
