국문 초록

The people-oriented nature is an important feature of Xi Jinping's cultural thought, serving as the value core for the Party to lead the people in advancing cultural construction under the new cultural mission. This paper aims to sort out and summarize the generative logic and basic connotations of the people-oriented nature of Xi Jinping's cultural thought and to offer some suggestions for implementing this thought in the practice of cultural construction in the new era. Through literature analysis and systematic analysis, this paper expounds on the generative logic and core characteristics of the people-oriented nature of Xi Jinping's cultural thought. The people-oriented nature of Xi Jinping's cultural thought originates from the inheritance of the people's stance in Marxist cultural theory, the critical transcendence of traditional Chinese people-oriented concepts, and the summary and inheritance of the century-long cultural practical experience of the Communist Party of China. Xi Jinping's cultural thought takes the comprehensive development of people as its fundamental goal, regards the masses of the people as the main body of cultural construction, emphasizes the continuous satisfaction of the people's growing cultural needs, and forms the rich connotations of the people-oriented nature of Xi Jinping's cultural thought. Therefore, to demonstrate the people-oriented nature of Xi Jinping's cultural thought in the cultural practice of the new era, it is necessary to adhere to the leadership of the Party, consolidate the political guarantee for the development of people's culture; adhere to the people first, promote the joint progress of cultural industry and cultural services; focus on the people's practice, create more cultural achievements that meet the needs of the people; and adhere to the vision of the world, advance the modernization process of human civilization development.

영문 초록

人民性是习近平文化思想的重要特征，是在新的文化使命背景下党领导人民推进文化建设的价值核心。本文旨在对习近平文化思想人民性的生成逻辑和基本内涵进行梳理和总结，并为在新时代文化建设实践中贯彻这一思想提出一些建议。本文通过文献分析和系统分析，对习近平文化思想人民性的发生逻辑和内核特质进行阐述。习近平文化思想的人民性源于对马克思主义文化理论人民立场的继承、对中国传统民本观念的批判超越，以及对中国共产党百年文化实践经验的总结和继承。习近平文化思想以促进人的全面发展为根本目标，把人民群众作为文化的建设主体，强调不断满足人民日益增长的文化需求，形成了习近平文化思想人民性的丰富内涵。因此，新时代文化实践中展现习近平文化思想人民性，必须坚持党的领导，夯实人民文化发展的政治保障；坚持人民至上，推动文化产业与文化服务共进；聚焦人民实践，创作出更多满足人民需求的文化成果；坚持胸怀天下，推进人类文明现代化发展进程。
