국문 초록

이 연구는 일제강점기 소파 방정환 펼친 어린이를 위한 아동문화활동의 실천적 가치를 고찰하고자 하는 연구이다. 이를 위해 일제강점기 시대상황과 방정환의 생애와 사회문화적 배경을 살펴보았으며, 방정환 아동문화교육 실천 사항을 고찰하였다. 방정환의 이동문화교육 실천운동의 의미는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동문학교육은 일제의 학교교육의 한계를 극복하고 아동교육의 지평을 넓혔다, 둘째, 아동인권과 아동문화를 존중하는 실천운동이다. 셋째, 일제강점기 아동의 아동문화·예술활동은 아동의 해방과 계몽을 위한 교육실천 운동이다. 방정환의 아동문화 관련 활동은 아동문화교육 실천운동으로 그 가치를 인정받아야 한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to examine the practical value of children's cultural aaivities promoted by Sofa Bang Jeong-hwan during the Japanese colonial period. To this end, the research explores the historical context of the Japanese colonial era, as well as Bang Jeong-hwan's life and sociocultural background. Furthermore, it delves into the practical aspeas of Bang Jeong-hwan's educational initiatives for children's culture. The significance of Bang Jeong-hwan's children's cultural education movement is as follows: First, it expanded the horizons of children's education beyond the constraints of Japanese colonial educational policies. Second, it was a praaical movement that emphasized respea for children's rights and children's culture. Third, during the Japanese colonial period, children's cultural and artistic activities served as an educational practice aimed at liberating and enlightening children. Bang Jeong-hwan's movement to revitalize children's culture should be recognized as a valuable educational praaice for the promotion of children's cultural education.
