국문 초록

2025년 한국은 전체 인구의 20% 이상이 65세 이상이 되는 초고령 사회 진입을 앞두고 있고, 초고령화 사회에 발맞춰 금융, 뷰티, 패션, 전자상거래 등 다양한 산업의 영역에서 시니어 고객 확보를 위한 맞춤 서비스가 등장하고 있다. 특히 민간에서의 노후자산관리, 상속 집행 등 노후준비 컨설팅부터 정부 및 지자체가 운영하는 사업으로 디지털 기기에 익숙하지 않은 고령층을 위한노인 금융 플랫폼 교육 지원 등 다양한 서비스 및 정책이 출현하고 있는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 전라북도 지역 특성을 근로여건, 복지정책, 사회안전, 환경수준이 삶의 만족도에 어떤 영향력을 미치는지 파악하고자 하였다. 연구결과 전라북도의 지역 특성 중근로여건, 복지정책, 사회안전, 환경수준이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악한 결과 모든 독립변수가 종속변수에 유의한 영향을미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 이처럼 전북도민의 삶의 만족도를 높이기 위해선 대기업 유치를 통한 고용 창출, 물류 등 4차 산업혁명 산업과 관련된 미래 일자리 발굴, 정규직과 비정규직 간 임금 격차를 줄이는 정책을 실현해야 할 것으로 보인다. 다음으로 시니어 여성의 경우 범죄의 위협으로 불안감이 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 취약계층을 중심으로 사회 안전에 대한 인프라를 좀 더견고하게 구축해야 할 것이다. 그리고 유통기업의 환경적 노력을 지원하기 위해 정부 및 지자체가 ESG 경영 활성화를 위한 컨설팅, 정책금융 확대, 투자 기금 조성, 정보 서비스 지원 등 다양한 지원정책을 마련해서 시행한다면 기업의 경제적 성과, 시민의 환경 인식도 제고, 환경 인프라 등이 개선될 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

In 2025, Korea is expected to enter a super-aging society in which more than 20% of the total population will be over 65 years of age. In line with the super-aging society, various industries such as finance, beauty, fashion, and e-commerce are seeking to secure senior customers. Services are emerging. In particular, a variety of services and policies are emerging, such as retirement preparation consultations such as retirement asset management and inheritance execution in the private sector, as well as support for senior financial platform education for the elderly who are not familiar with digital devices through projects operated by the government and local governments. Accordingly, this study sought to understand how working conditions, welfare policies, social safety, and environmental levels in Jeollabuk-do region influence life satisfaction. As a result of the study, the effects of working conditions, welfare policies, social safety, and environmental levels among the regional characteristics of Jeollabuk-do on life satisfaction were identified, and all independent variables were found to have a significant impact on the dependent variables. In order to increase the life satisfaction of Jeollabuk-do residents, it seems necessary to create jobs by attracting large companies, discover future jobs related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution industries such as logistics, and implement policies to reduce the wage gap between regular and non-regular workers. Next, in the case of senior women, anxiety is increasing due to the threat of crime. Accordingly, it will be necessary to build a more solid infrastructure for social safety, focusing on vulnerable groups. In order to support the environmental efforts of distribution companies, if the government and local governments prepare and implement various support policies such as consulting to revitalize ESG management, expansion of policy finance, creation of investment funds, and information service support, the economic performance of companies, the environment of citizens, etc. It is expected that awareness will increase and environmental infrastructure will improve.
