국문 초록

본 연구는 신호 가설 이론, 최우수가격 구간과 주가 확장 가설을 바탕으로 2014년부터 2019년까지 중 국 ChiNext 거래소 데이터를 이용하여 logistics 회귀 모델로 해당 거래소 상장사의 수익률에 영향을 주 는 요소를 분석한다. 중국 장외 시장 상장사의 발전 잠재력, 연말 주가, 주가 규모 등이 해당사의 주가가 ‘high send turn’ 을 하는지 여부와 관련하여 현저한 영향을 미친다는 연구 결과가 나왔다. 신호이론과 최적가격구간가설, 그리고 주식확장가설에 의거하여 로지스틱 회귀분석 모델을 사용하여 ChiNext 거래소의 2014년부터 2019년 사이의 주가 데이터를 바탕으로 ChiNext에 상장된 기업들의 주가 “high send turn”에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명한다. 성장 잠재력, 기말주가, 시가총액, 그리고 상장 여 부가 주가의 “high send turn”에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 결과를 보고한다. 연구의 강건성을 확보하기 위해 자산수익률(ROA, the return on total assets)을 성장 잠재력을 측정하 는 대용치로 변용해보았으나, 메인 가설 1, 2, 3이 여전히 지지됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 강건성 테스트에 사용된 통제변수들의 계수값 역시, 영업활동으로 인해 창출되는 현금흐름을 제외하곤 모두 메인 테스트 와 동일한 통찰을 제시한다. 종합하자면, ChiNext에 상장된 기업들의 주가는 매 연도 말의 종가가 해당 주식가격이 “high send turn”을 하게 되는지 여부에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인된다. 매 연도 말의 주식 가격이 높을수 록 해당 기업이 high send turn 프로그램을 발동시킬 가능성이 증가한다. 시가 총액의 크기가 미치는 영 향 또한 연도 말의 주가와 동일하다.

영문 초록

Based on the signal hypothesis, the optimal price range and the equity expansion hypothesis, this paper selects the ChiNext data from 2014 to 2019, using logistics regression model to study the factors influencing the high send turn of ChiNext listed companies. The results show that the development potential, the stock price at the end of the year, the size of the stock capital and whether or not the listed companies are high send turn have a significant impact. Based on the signal hypothesis, the optimal price range and the equity expansion hypothesis, this paper selects the ChiNext data from 2014 to 2019, using logistics regression model to study the factors influencing the high send turn of ChiNext listed companies. The results show that the development potential, the stock price at the end of the year, the size of the stock capital and whether or not the listed companies are high send turn have a significant impact. To verify the robustness of the main result, we use the return on total assets as a measure of development potential, and have consistent results which hypothesis 1,2 and 3 are still valid. In the control variables, the variable coefficient sign is basically the same, the coefficient sign of the cash generated by each share of operating activities is changed from positive sign to negative sign. The results of this paper represent that the stock price of ChiNext listed companies at the end of the year has a significant impact on whether or not enterprises carry out high send turn. The higher the stock price at the end of the year, the more likely that the ChiNext listed companies will implement the high send turn program. The size of the capital stock of the listed companies in ChiNext has a significant impact on whether or not the enterprises carry out high send turn.
