국문 초록

The aim of this study is to conduct a comprehensive review of the research advancements in elderly-friendly design in China, and to visually analyze the distribution of output (across countries, institutions, disciplines, and journals), research focal points (keyword clustering, temporal trends), and leading-edge developments in relevant literature on elderly-friendly design. By utilizing data from the Web of Science database and China CNKI database, a visualization map depicting the distribution of output as well as research focal points and leading-edge trends in literature was generated. Comparative analysis and literature review were carried out using visual literature analysis software VOSviewer and Citespace to compare relevant domestic and international literature. The conclusions drawn from these analyses summarize the historical progression of research on design for healthy ageing along with future prospects for this discipline. This study provides an overview of research progress, fields, perspectives, and cutting-edge trends within the realm of elderly-friendly design. Due to policy influences and environmental factors, there are both similarities and differences between domestic and international research efforts. Guided by China's 13th Five-Year Plan, primary focus is placed on designing for elder care within the context of "home-based elderly care" as well as "integration of medical care with design for healthy aging". These findings hold significant importance in deepening our understanding regarding trends in elderly-friendly design within China.

本研究旨在深入综述中国适老设计研究进展，对适老设计相关文献的产出分布（国 家，机构，学科，刊物）、研究热点（关键词聚类，时间热点）、及前沿趋势进行可视化分析。 以Web of Science 核心合集数据库和中国知网CNKI 数据库作为数据来源，导出文献的产出分 布、研究热点、前沿趋势可视化图谱。借助可视化文献分析软件VOSviewer 及Citespace 对国 内外相关文献展开比较研究与文献综述针对结论讨论归纳适老设计研究进展的时间历程，与适老 设计研究学科发展前景。本研究归纳了适老设计学科研究进展与领域、视角、内容的前沿趋势。 受政策与环境影响，国内外研究有一定的共性与差异。中国主要十三五规划指引下，以“居家养 老“,“医养结合”话语下的适老设计为主要研究对象。这些发现对于深化理解中国适老设计趋 势具有重要意义。
