유아의 사고력 함양을 위한 교사교육 ADAE 모형 및 프로그램 개발

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아 사고력 개발이 교사역량에 달려있다는 관점에서 유아 사고력 함양을 위한 교사교육 모형과 프로그램을 개발하여 타당화하는 것이다. Feuerstein의 도구 심화 모형과 사고력 관련 선행연구에 근거하여 교사교육 모형으로 ADAE의 근거를 마련하였고 이를 기반으로 교사교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 결과 첫째, 유아 사고력 함양을 위한 교사교육 모형은 교육학 박사 10인으로 구성된 전문가 내용타당도를 통해 검증하였고, 모형은 분석(A)-설계(D)-적용(A)-평가(E)단계의 ADAE 모형으로 확정되었다. 둘째, ADAE 모형을 근거로 교사교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 교사교육 프로그램의 적절성과 효과성은 사고력 프로그램 적용을 통해 검증되었고, 사고력 프로그램은 유아반 교사 6명과 57명의 유아들에게 적용되었다. 본 프로그램은 일반 교사교육과는 달리 실행연구의 성격을 가지는 교육모형이므로 교사교육 과정에서 교사 시범수업과 유아수업이 동시에 진행된다는 특징이 있다. 유아교사의 교수역량을 함양시켜서 궁극적으로 유아의 사고력을 향상 시킬 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a teacher education model and program to cultivate children's thinking skills from the perspective that the development of children's thinking skills depends on teacher capabilities. Based on Feuerstein's Instrumental Enrichment Model and prior research on thinking skills, the basis for ADAE was established as a teacher education model, and a teacher education program was developed based on this. As a result of this study, first, the teacher education model for cultivating children's thinking skills was verified through content validity by experts consisting of 10 doctors of education, and the model was confirmed by analysis (A) - design (D) - application (A) - evaluation (E). Second, a teacher education program was developed based on the ADAE model. The appropriateness and effectiveness of the teacher education program was verified through the application of the thinking ability program, and the thinking ability program was applied to 6 teachers and 57 children. Unlike general teacher education, this program is an educational model with the nature of action research, so it has the characteristic that teacher demonstration classes and early childhood classes are conducted simultaneously during the teacher education process. It was confirmed that by cultivating the teaching capabilities of early childhood teachers, it is possible to ultimately improve children's thinking skills.
