국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 초등학생부터 대학생까지 발달단계를 고려하여 개발된 창의적 리더십 교육모형(CLEM)을 토대로 초등학생, 중·고등학생, 대학생용 창의적 리더십 발달 프로그램(CLDP)을 개발하여, 프로그램의 적용 효과를 확인하는 것이다. 모형과 프로그램 개발 후, 전문가 내용타당도를 통해 CLEM과 CLDP의 타당성을 확인하고, 대학 교양수업에 대학생용 창의적 리더십 프로그램(CLDP: U)을 적용하여 프로그램의 효과성을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 창의적 리더십의 발달적 특징을 고려하고, 대상별 특성과 창의적 리더십 발달 순서, 그리고 창의적 리더십의 발달과 리더십 정체성의 발달을 연계하여 개발된 CLEM과 CLDP은 타당성이 확보되었다. 둘째, CLEM을 근거로 대상별 초점영역에 맞추어 주제를 선정하고 교육내용을 각 8회기(1.5시간/회)로 구성하여 개발된 CLDP 중에 대학생용(CLDP: U)을 77명의 대학생을 대상으로 적용하여 실험연구를 실시한 결과, 창의적 리더십(개인적, 사회적) 향상 효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 CLDP를 다양한 현장에 적용한다면 학생들의 창의적 리더십 향상에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop Creative Leadership Development Programs (CLDP), designed for students from elementary through to university levels, drawing upon the Creative Leadership Education Model (CLEM). CLEM considers developmental stages and the program's applicability. Upon development, establishing the validity of CLEM and CLDP through expert content validity and confirming program effectiveness by applying the Creative Leadership Program for University Students (CLDP: U) to a university general education course. The results of this study were twofold. First, CLEM and CLDP, which have been developed by considering the developmental characteristics of creative leadership, the sequence of creative leadership development according to the characteristics of each target group, and linking the development of creative leadership and leadership identity, were proven valid. Second, the effectiveness in improving creative leadership (personal, social) was confirmed as a result of an experimental study conducted by applying the CLDP for university students (CLDP: U), which was crafted from the CLEM by selecting topics and educational content tailored to the focus areas of each target group, delivered over eight sessions (every 1.5 hours), to 77 university students. The CLDP application developed in this study across various contexts may aid in enhancing students' creative leadership.
