국문 초록

본고에서는 홍익인간 사상의 현대 적용에 의한 홍익사회 구현방향을 강구하였다. 본고의 연구방법은 행정학적 리더십분석 시례를 구현목표, 상대관계 및 실행역량, 홍익인간의 관점 및 가치 추구, 법령･제도적 재세이화의 실천측면 요소 등과 같은 분석틀을 적용한다. 연구결과 첫째, 홍익인간 사상에 대한 현대적인 실천방법과 선결요건 등을 설명하였다. 둘째, 당사자･이해관계자 간에 다각적 상대관계의 이해 속에서 홍익사회 구현관련 적용원칙 및 결정원칙을 모색하였다. 셋째, 개인부터 가정･사회･민족･국가 등 홍익인간 관점이나 경제･비경제적인 이익･편익 및 가치의 지향측면과, 법령과 제도 및 사회규범･관습 등 재세이화 실천의 구현을 고려해 홍익사회 구현관련 기본방향을 설정하였다. 또한 현재 사회적 과제에 대한 홍익사회 구현목표 및 추진전략을 강구하였다. 본고의 시사점으로 우리 사회에서 ‘홍익인간･재세이화’의 인간･정치이념에 대한 현대적 구현 가능성을 보여준 데에 큰 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This paper attempted to devise the direction for realization of Hongik-Ingan’s society by the modern applications of Hongik-Ingan thought. The author approached the implementation goals, implementation capabilities, perspective and value pursuit of Hongik-Ingan, and legal and institutional practices by referring to examples of analysis frameworks of public leadership. The main findings can be said to have revived the thought to present the direction of applying the leadership for the realization of the society, showing the modern realization and applicability of the thought. First, we explained the method of realization and pre-determination of the thought for Hongik-Ingan’s society that can pursue the interests and benefits of all, also based on the thought and relative relationship. Second, we have established the principles of application and decision-making related to the implementation of the society in the understanding of multilateral relationships between the parties and interested parties. Third, we suggest the conception of the realization direction in our country by the modernization theory of the thought. It includes the implementation goals and strategies related to the society, and then check the situation and improvement points of the existing country. This study is significant in confirming the possibility of social realization in modern times as an implication
