보건의료정보관련 자격증의 효율적 운영방안 검토

국문 초록

본 연구는 최근 NCS와 관련한 다양한 산업현장 맞춤형 직무수행이 가능한 수업으로의 전환이 대학에서의 패러다임이 되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 보건의료정보과, 의료정보시스템과, 보건행정과, 의무행정과, 의료경영학과 등의 보건의료정보 관련 학과에서 응시하는 5가지 자격증의 특성을 분석하였다. 이 중에서 한국의료정보교육협회(KOMIE)에서 시행하는 의료정보관리사2급 자격증(등록번호 : 2009-0378)의 현황 및 문제점을 파악하고 앞으로의 미래지향적인 관점에서 개선되어야 할 10가지 방안을 제안하였다. 자격증에 대한 개선사항으로는 응시일자변경, 학습시간 보장, 학습분량 축소, 중복과목 축소 및 생략, 문제의 형평성, 이론내용의 형평성, 온라인 학습, 자격증 응시자 확대, 실기시험 도입, 자격증의 효용성 확대 등 10가지 방안을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This research has been possible transition to teaching various industrial custom duties related to the recent NCS. This has become the paradigm of the current colleges. In this period, the department of health information related colleges involved in the certification exam. That was among the five analyzed the characteristics of the certification. Among Medical Information Administrator Level 2 certification conducted by the KOMIE (registration number: 2009-0378) to determine the status and problems of the 10 proposed measures it should be improved in the future-oriented perspective of the future. Improvements to the certification requirements change to take date, time learning guaranteed, learning quantity reduction, overlapping subjects collapse and omissions, equity issues, the theoretical contents of equity, online learning, certification candidates expanding practical exam introduction, availability of certification and expanding the 10 proposed measures.
